Get Involved

How can you help our students?

Volunteer with us

Volunteering is a great opportunity for you to become an active part of the CTK community, grow your professional and social networks, and renew old friendships. You’ll also be making a huge contribution to the lives of current students. Here’s some of the ways you can get involved:

• Join a professional network
• E-mentoring
• Provide a case study
• Attend a careers day
• Speak to a group of students or at a curriculum conference
• Provide a work shadowing placement
• Help students prepare for a university/employment interview

E-mentoring Programme

Do you think you could help a CTK student achieve their goals in their personal and professional life? MAPP (Mentoring Aspiring Professionals Programme) is an E-Mentoring programme that allows Mentors to communicate with their Mentees through a safe and stimulating website, sending messages, sharing information, discussing news items and resources. The Mentors help the mentee with advice and guidance for their future career pathways, especially through to the UCAS process. We are currently recruiting mentors from a range of professions: Medical; Health and Social Care; Engineering; Legal; Media and Business.
